Store credit

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Purchased at full retail price
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Store credit will be in Australian dollars

Faulty items

Received a faulty item? Please contact us via our Contact Form here or via shop@lunapolewear.com. You are eligible to receive a full refund for your item, if it is:

  • Faulty at the manufacturer’s fault
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
