Shipping cost for clothing 

  • Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate $8 within Australia if under $100 AUD
  • Orders over $100 AUD shipping is FREE :D
  • Express domestic shipping at $10 within Australia if under $100 AUD, and $5 when over $100 AUD

Delivery for clothing

We use Australia Post for all shipping. ETA  Standard delivery time will take 3-5 business days, and Express delivery time will take 1-3 business days, but note may take longer depending on location. Please note delivery time may be out of our control due to external courier.

Delivery for shoes 

We use Australia Post for domestic orders, and DHL for international orders. Delivery time will take 2-8 days but note may take longer depending on location. Please note delivery time may be out of our control due to external courier.

  • All international shoe orders will automatically incur a $20 shipping fee, even if you are eligible for free shipping. This is due to the weight of the items.
  • We ship out shoe orders every Thursday and Friday!

NOTE: NO EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON SHOES sorry :(

International

International shipping is a flat rate of $20 or FREE for orders over $150 AUD.

  • All international shoe orders will automatically incur a $20 shipping fee, even if you are eligible for free shipping. This is due to the weight of the items.

Standard shipping delivery will vary depending on location. Please find below a more detailed estimate based on your region:

Zone 1 New Zealand 5-7 days
Zone 2 Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Singapore, etc) 7-10 days
Zone 3 Western Europe (UK, France, etc) 7-12+ days
Zone 4 North America (USA, Canada) 8-12+ days
Zone 5  Rest of the world 10-12+ days

*all "days" are considered business days.

  • Please note: delivery time may vary upon location, and how long it takes for items to be processed through customs (which is up to each individual country's discretion).

Every country has specific customs laws that may mean that you will have to pay custom duties to accept your item, this excess cost is not included in the shipping price, and is up to the buyers discretion to consider this when making a purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery time will depend on delivery destination. We ship from Sydney, Australia.

For domestic deliveries, standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, depending on location. Express shipping generally delivers in 1-3 business days, again, depending on location. For an international shipping estimate, please see the table above.

Returns policy

We hope you love your Luna Pole Wear but we understand that sometimes buying garments online may be risky.

To solve this issue, Luna Pole Wear offers a store credit for full priced items, if it is returned within 14 days after purchase. Only faulty items are eligible for a full refund.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is not covered by lunapolewear.

Store credit 

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of purchase
  • Bought at full retail price 
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Store credit will be in Australian dollars

Faulty items

Received a faulty item? Please contact us via shop@lunapolewear.com or message us on Facebook. You are eligible to receive a full refund for your item, if it is:

  • Faulty at the manufacturer's fault
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

Refund process 

Please first notify us of your faulty return at shop@lunapolewear.com. Attach a returns label form and then post to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Cost of return shipping is not covered by lunapolewear.
