Key accountabilities:

As Social media & Ecommerce Marketing coordinator you will work with and report directly to the Directors of the company.

You will be responsible for thinking outside the box to grow Social media and audience engagement across all platforms.

Thinking outside the box to develop, create and execute social media growth strategies

Responsibilities

Conceptualize Social media campaigns across all platforms to grow our online presence.
Implementing digital strategies, monitoring and analyzing the result.
Increase engagement through consistent response and timely responses to inquiries.
Email marketing
Creating social plans + content for campaigns across all funnels
Analyse and report measured results on campaign activities
Management of all social media channels, EDM, Insta-stories, Instagram, Facebook group
Always seeking new trends in tech, culture and the social/content space
Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
Working with Digital marketing agencies – paid ads on facebook and instagram
Plan retail sales calendar
Work with digital marketing agencies reviewing ROA on paid ads

Essential experience
Previous E commerce/social media marketing experience managing social media platforms 3 years experience
Attention to detail and accuracy
Pre-planning content strategy .
Use of social media scheduling tools
Social copy writing
Social content creation – photography, videography, Photoshop skills all strongly desirable, in addition to creation of different social formats i.e. GIFs, short videos, Instagram stories etc
Adobe skills preferred.
Work well in both a team and autonomously
Previous experience with E comm back end management
Google Analytics
Google Ad Words
Strong knowledge of Paid Social.

Fashion eCommerce Internship Opportunity 

Australian Fashion Collective is the mother company of our brand Luna Pole Wear. We are a fast growing company with one label under our belt that is like no other product on the market.

Our team is made up of young, highly innovative and motivated women who are passionate about all things fashion – but more importantly supporting each other’s development.

As a result of the brand’s continued growth, we are currently looking for an ambitious all-rounder intern who is as equally passionate and is hungry to learn all about the inner workings of an eCommerce business.

This is an amazing opportunity to gain essential industry experience and a deep understanding about running a fashion label from the design process, through to marketing and sales.

At Luna Pole Wear, we are always looking to expand our team. For the right candidate, there is chance for a paid position to open up at the conclusion of the internship.

About The Role:

  • Unpaid internship 
  • The internship will be 2-3 days per week for three months (days are negotiable). 
  • This is the perfect opportunity for a student or school leaver seeking growth and valuable work experience.  
  • Located in Lidcombe, close to shopping outlets, gym and public transport with parking.
  • Travel expenses will be covered up to $15 per day. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Pick and pack 
  • Assisting with the back end of the website 
  • Admin activities 
  • Executive assistant duties 
  • Market research
  • Stock take 
  • Social media scheduling
  • Sourcing memes, influencers, post ideas
  • You will also have the opportunity to learn about other aspects of the company, including Marketing, Graphic Design and Fashion Production.

 

Who You Are: 

  • A student who is currently studying, or a recent graduate looking for experience
  • Ambitious 
  • Eager to learn 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A team player 
  • Highly organised 
  • Has strong attention to detail 
  • Fluent in technology 
  • Passion for pole dancing, yoga, fitness is not required but is a bonus!

  • Dispatch and receiving
  • Checking stock qty accuracy is same as inventory system
  • Ensure all jobs are going out on time and all inward returns are confirmed
  • Review scheduled shipments and same day despatch express orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Adhoc warehouse duties
  • Accuracy is a must

Preferred experience will be advantageous but not essential.
