Key accountabilities

 

As Social Media manager  you will work with and report directly to the Directors of the company. You will be responsible for thinking outside the box to grow Social media and audience engagement across all platforms.Thinking outside the box to develop, create and execute social media growth strategies

 

Responsibilities

  • Producing social content plans that encompass all key social media platforms i.e. Facebook group , Instagram, instagram stories, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, pinterest
  • Implementing strategies,  monitoring and analyzing the result.
  • Increase engagement through consistent response and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Generate Report on social media, Engagement.
  • Engage and build relationships with influencers to generate content and engagement through social Content
  • Ensure content is consistent and timely across all media
  • Always seeking new  trends in tech, culture and the social/content space
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages

 

Essential experience

  • Previous experience managing social media platforms
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Preplanning content strategy .
  • Use of social media scheduling tools
  • Social copy writing
  • Social content creation – photography, videography, Photoshop skills all strongly desirable, in addition to creation of different social formats i.e. Gifs, short videos, Instagram stories etc
  • Adobe skills prefered.

 

Preferred experience will be advantageous but not essential.

  • Work well in both a team and autonomously
  • Previous experience with E comm back end management

Key accountabilities

As all round E commerce/ design/ office all rounder intern, you will work with and report directly to the Directors of the company. Some of the key objectives of the role include:

  • Picking and packing
  • E commerce website back end operations
  • Inventory management
  • Admin duties
  • Flat lays
  • Social media content creation
  • Assist in creating EDMs
  • Anything else neccessary to make things happen

Requirements?

  • Recent graduate or in the last 2 years of studying
  • Positive can do attitude to jump in wherever necessary
  • Team work is KEY Getting your hands dirty where necessary
  • Minimum commitment 3 months 1 day a week
